It's Territory Day in the Northern Territory of Australia and I'm watching thousands of dollars being blown up in bright colours, the noise is incredibly load and the air is filled with smoke. You guessed it, every man and his dog are letting off fireworks.
On 1 July, we celebrate the Territory achieving self-government in 1978. It's our way of celebrating our unique lifestyle here in the Top End of Australia.
